Do we still have PDF functionality with Antora?

No, at least not built-in.

There's a @antora/pdf-extension extension we could investigate, though it's alpha quality.

Another option could be maintaining an index.en.adoc (or similar) file to feed to Asciidoctor, like the other documents, and just generating a PDF. Internal links might not work the same, but they aren't so useful in a PDF anyway.
