Clarify Rent expenses - what can be included. Amounts within net lease should be included in the Rent amount field

• inclusion of property tax, other expenses (property taxes and insurance may be paid separately from rent by a tenant, eligibility is not limited to owner)

• specify tenant insurance not eligible expense

• clarify expenses to be included in the rent amount (based on net lease expenses)

• only amounts that fall in the net lease - and should be added to the rent field

Sentence about tenant insurance not being eligible and about net lease expenses being considered rent were added and published with P2 updates on Monday November 30.
