Create script to re-filterbranch the plug-ins

Create a script that will loop through all the identified plugins in the mod folder and do the following

1. Create a plug-in repository
2. Create filter branch
3. Create commit for composer.json if missing
4. Push filter branch to plug-in repository
5. Delete folder from mod and update core composer.json with repository entry and require
