Refactor plugin core + automation with AlxAddonTemplate

I just merged the first pull request into bless with the first iteration of the module loader

I think we can add a comment that directs to the wiki on the addon template repo within the code itself so inside the ide it's Ctrl+clickable

The template is a starting point, Im already adding it into bless as it needs more specialized changes since it's an addon already developed
