Stop relying on Mapbox keys/account from Studio Squid by migrating to a service that doesnt need an API key

Description

Mapbox API is currently loading from @studiosquid's account. We should move it to a GFSC controlled one.

Motivation

We should keep full control over our assets and have them all in one place

Acceptance criteria

• Partner show page is not using Mapbox
• Partner index page is not using Mapbox
• Event page is not using Mapbox
• All sites are loading correct colour theme for map
• Mapbox keys and gems are removed
• There are no additional setup requirements to get going

The image is from The Trans Dimension but assuming very similar on PlaceCal vanilla sites.

Anything I need to provide to help on this btw? I feel like I did do an export in the mists of time with the intention of it being uploaded/transferred to a GFSC/PlaceCal system but not entirely sure.

Think it'll be a while before this is top of the list but if something happens to make it more urgent do let us know :)

There is now an open source solution here we could consider, although it would obvi be a much bigger job to switch
