[Bug]: Events showing as online when they aren't, and displaying in the wrong PlaceCal sites because of that

Description

PlaceCal Norwich has a partner with a calendar which covers a wider geographical region than just Norwich. When importing these events, events outside of Norwich were also pulled in, and all of the events from this calendar source are displaying as 'Online' events. This is reminiscent of a previous issue which we couldn't reproduce where an event from an iCal source was displaying as Online despite having an in-person address listed.

PlaceCal does recognise the ward of the events, but insists they are online as well as having an IRL address.

What you would like to happen instead

Ideally PlaceCal will recognise that these events are not online events and will attribute them to their correct address, thus filtering them from the PlaceCal Norwich feed when they are out of the area.
