Make it clear that the mailing list folks can sign up to in the footer is for updates from GFSC on The Trans Dimension project #396

... not updates on Trans Dimension events and partners as might be assumed

User story

This arose when we migrated mailing lists to new GFSC server and it came to light that we weren't sure why we were collecting these emails since we have no current plans to post updates to them.

However, if we do make some progress with e.g. Trans Dimesion Manchester, then we will want to let folks know, so we should keep it (though also should check if people are signing up).

We also need to make sure the privacy policy reflects that it is GFSC, not GI collecting personal info in this case & what we intend to use it for.

Acceptance criteria

  • It is clear to me what I am signing up to before I click Sign-up? Submit? button
  • The privacy policy reflects the collection, use and purpose for these email addresses
