Hello,

Just wondering why not using bakta instead of prokka. And in the same time why not use pyrodigal instead of prodigal?

Don't know if it could be useful to switch to these software instead of the one already there.

Modifying the annotate part is indeed something we do have in mind for the next version of PanACoTA.
