Workspace file upload error

In my workspace, I've successfully uploaded several different .txt files to eventually do over/underrepresentation test. In addition, I have successfully analyzed these files from my workspace prior to Sept. 19th.

However, since Sept. 19th, I have been unsuccessful in uploading any files to my workspace. Each time I click the upload file button within my workspace, it redirects me to the index page for running a gene list analysis. In addition, I can create a new folder in my workspace. The 3rd button used to have a Java Script crash, but currently just refreshes the page instead.

I have replicated this issue on my desktop in Chrome/Firefox/Edge, using Windows 10
I have replicated this issue on my laptop in Firefox, using Ubuntu
I have replicated this issue with my labmate's computer in Safari, using a Mac (he registered a new account to test this)

Have I done something wrong in the upload process?

According to the PANTHER website, you have to first run the gene list analysis to retrieve the functional classification, and then save the list to the Workspace. I don't think you can upload the list directly to the Workspace.
