As a user of Votio, I want to have the ability to view my notifications within the feedback management system rather than receiving them through email. This new feature will allow me to:

See my notifications in real-time within Votio
Get notified when there are new feedback submissions, comment replies, or votes
Quickly access my notifications from any page within Votio

Acceptance Criteria

• The new in-app notifications feature is accessible from the user's profile settings.
• The user can see their notifications in real-time within Votio.
• The user is notified when there are new feedback submissions, comment replies, or votes.
• The user can quickly access their notifications from any page within Votio.
