User story

As a user, I want to be able to submit feedback by filling out a form with a title, description, and optional screenshot or attachment, so that I can provide detailed feedback to the team.

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can create feedback by filling out a form with a title, category, description, and optional screenshot or attachment.
• Feedback is assigned an ID and can be viewed by all users and edited by the user who submitted it.
• While the user is writing the title, the system displays a list of similar feedbacks so the user can vote for it instead, and avoid duplicates.
