Acceptance Criteria

Users can vote on feedback by clicking a "Vote" button
The number of votes for each feedback item is displayed
Users cancel their vote by clicking the "Vote" button again

constraints

Users can only vote once (1) per feedback
Users can vote by their own feedback

gengue added the story label
