Major Enhancements for v3.1 stratifications

  • All new stratifications for CHM13v2.0 reference from the T2T consortium
  • All new chromosome X and Y stratifications for all references
  • Satellite regions now included in Low Complexity and Union stratifications (see CHANGELOG for details)
  • PAR-X regions corrected in GRCh38 chainSelf and GRCh37 chainSelf and SegDups
