Hmm - when I run these cases again through genome-nexus-annotation-pipeline they seem to work fine

Either:

  1. these were not annotated recently
  2. something goes haywire upstream with conversion from VCF -> MAF

@inodb I just re-ran the annotation last week, so maybe the mutation data will be correct? Furthermore, are these from main GENIE or sponsored projects?
