Check for mismatches in columns when multiple files per sample are used

Description of feature

Currently, if someone inputs two samples with the same name in the samplesheet (when you have multiple files per sample), there's no checks to ensure that the other columns (family_id, sex etc) are the same for the sample.

This should be checked because the pipeline relies on it being the same, and might produce unexpected results if not.
