		is a strategic management template used for 
		developing GenZ business model and documenting. It offers 
		a visual chart with elements describing a firm's value 
		proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances, assisting 
		businesses to align their activities by illustrating potential 
		trade-offs.

	The Cost Structure building block of the Business Model Canvas details 
	the monetary cost of operating as the GenZ business.
	Cost structure represents all the costs the GenZ business will incur 
	under the business model, especially those costs to maintain the key 
	resources that make up the core business model.
	In this section we will describe cost structure items.

					Organizational roles are user groups that represent company units, departments 
					or subdivisions in the organizational structure, for example, the “IT” or the 
					“Stake Pool Operator”. Many roles are considerd in GenZ Bank to setup, maintain
					and manage staking pools. Number of emplyees depend on how many pools we suport.
					These emplyees effects to the organization cost directly.

					cause a revenue stream.
