BUG?: Oneway service ways into and out of parking garages marked as island car

Until the day before entrance / exit ways to parking garages of which the internal routing is unknown would not be flagged with island car or unreachable when there was the parking garage entrance tag affixed to the last node of 1 ways. An example

Every single one I've ever tagged this way is now flagged with an island car routing issue which coincides with the deployment of the ferry route island all issue some 2-3 days ago. (That fix actually is confirmed to have resulted in the island all flag disappearing from the affected islet ways).

A test mapping bogus way from the oneway entrance to the oneway exit makes the issue disappear, but that of course is not the solution.
