At present I think only tidy-test supports a --version option, and of course it should since it is an exact copy of the console/tidy.c source in the main repo...

But have now added a TT_VERSION define for all apps, so have a value to output... maybe should add a date, and do this through a version.txt file, like tidy...

And since all, well maybe most, test apps connect to libtidy, they could all output the tidyReleaseDate, tidyLibraryVersion, and maybe tidyPlatform API results...

But now if ANY command is given will output version...
