Also, in working on the vector tutorial that I first cloned from the github repo (2017 materials), I noticed that it has a docker file that referred to the tutorial-specific conda environment file. I think it'd be best to remove this docker file, right? If other tutorials from last year also have docker files, should they also be removed if not truly needed?

Just wanted to confirm that the intent is to use a single conda environment file.
In https://github.com/geohackweek/preliminary/blob/gh-pages/_episodes/01-conda-tutorial.md I saw this text under "Installing Python": "During the Geohackweek, each tutorials will have their own conda environment". I realize it's text carried over from last year, but still wanted to double check.
