General simplification of this application has to be made to be usefull #9

This application is too hard to use and too hard to explain to users.

The following things has to be done to close this ticket:

simplification to combine layers to a map (the coordinate reference system is too hard to explain) so some kind of automation is required to check for faults in inputs
possibility to use map servers and only some or a few of the layers provided by that map server (map server is at the moment common interfaces required e.g. from geoserver and esri mapserver)
write help texts on how to create layers
