points icon should probably be upsized a bit #105

The standalone (non-token) points icon is pretty small and has a lot of extra space around it.

Examples:

Here is an environment with the points symbol in it: http://xhud.sirjorj.com/xwing.cgi/environment2?name=MunitionsCache

Here is an environment with a focus symbol in it for comparison: http://xhud.sirjorj.com/xwing.cgi/environment2?name=MynockInfestation

Thanks.. I'll scale it up to be roughly the size/width of a focus icon.
