Add automated checks to ensure consistency of repeated fields in input csv

Right now fields like name are repeated across csvs. We should, in principle, check that these are consistent across csvs - even though we only use one version in the preprocessing script, the inputs will be shared publicly and others might use the csvs in different ways

Couldn't agree more. The basic issue is that at this point only the node IDs are functional, but I was using the names as a reference (automatically generated from the IDs via spreadsheet formulas). When we moved out of the spreadsheets the names stopped updating based on the IDs.
