Will need to review, fill gaps in and/or refresh country assignments for firms in the new SCE. Will definitely need to overhaul documentation as well as the sourcing notes in the interface (not sure where those come from at the moment). Move away from just saying "everything came from this one report," instead describe the data and processes that J/H/E did
Will also need "What changed"
