Is your TYPO3 installation set up with Composer (Composer Mode): yes

can't confirm that, try to clear all caches, also the one of the browser. thanks

Clearing all caches including the browser does not help. Same issue with some container icons. All other icons are displayed normally

Used a different browser, Chrome, firefox, all the same issue
