It doesn't look like it. Per the gInk readme, check out https://github.com/pubpub-zz/ppInk/ , it's been updated quite recently. At a first glance, much more powerful, but busier interface. Perhaps it can be tweaked to be a little simpler, but I haven't played with it yet.

As you noticed this software has pretty much stopped updating. If there comes a breaking bug with Windows update I surely hope to fix it as soon as possible, but I'm not even on Windows 11 now so I don't know whether it breaks there. Besides fixing breaking bugs, I currently have no motivation to bring new features, mainly because I believe any more features would make it more complicated than I would be able to maintain.
I'm happy that there are forks and alternatives so users have more choices.
