decided to do this now, because it significantly simplifies the "Getting Started" tutorial, and the overview video, both of which i'm about do redo.

It also turns on screenshots, keylogging, and some other settings by default for new children, all of which i always recommend turning on. so this should simplify instructions and onboarding, and parents can always change to disabling them.
both of these changes might impact how we "count" admin onboarding success in the analytics site though, worth keeping in mind.
