[Result-list] add more detailled "empty result" component

Current behaviour

In result list component, when the list of results is empty Focus display a label only.

Expected behaviour

It should be great to create a default component with more informations that guide user to change his request (like google does).

This component could be overloaded by the developer if he wants to customize it.
