Customer interested in DMs, to provide collaboration. DM support should also include dynamic creation via an API so app devs can create them by context or events.

• DM's can be achieved currently but they will not be private.
  • by private I mean readable by the users in the DM and some admin staff like IT or those with access to the Big Peer server
  • to be truly private some sort of server side wildcard enforced permission scheme or permission elevation mechanism is required.
• DM's could be created by having "(fake) private room" for just the two or more users. It would be private in the sense that nobody on the app side would be looking for it other than the users in the room.
