Another user has my exact same problem so i will paste his description here, i've done mostly all the same things and nothing is working.
We’re currently experiencing a small challenge with your Dokan plugin. We want to use this later and are therefore testing it extensively at the moment. The plugin always generates the same error when you try to log in from the front page of the website (regardless of whether it’s via my-account or the dashboard directly, which should be used by the vendor). We’ve now spent four days testing everything extensively and Googling for a solution. Whether it’s deleting cookies, rewriting htaccess or deactivating all plugins. The error only appears when Dokan is activated. As soon as this plugin is switched off, does everything immediately run normally or do we have to create a hardcode workaround? That can’t really be the case. Otherwise everything works perfectly and as soon as you’ve logged in via the backend (wp-admin) you can access all pages without any problems. Regardless of whether it’s the dashboard for vendors or my-account. The correct SSL URL is also in the config and general settings in WordPress with https://lalal.com/ – even changing and adding https://www.lalal.com/ makes no difference. It’s all very strange. Could it be that the login process used in Dokan is simply too complex or asks for additional information that isn’t really essential? I would really appreciate some help because we would also like to use the Pro Mode once the Lite version has been thoroughly tested and can be used.
Best wishes!

Edit: This is not dependent on the Theme, as we are testing with Storefront but the same problem occures, doesen’t matter which Theme we load.
We have been searching for the error on Google for days and have not been able to find a solution. We have already done the following to get closer to a solution:
Change from www. to domain without www. – no success – check
Server cache was flushed – no success – check
Website cache was flushed – no success – check
Browser cookies deleted and different browsers used – no success – check
All plugins (really all) except Woocommerce and Dokan Lite – no success – check
As soon as we let the test site run normally, everything works if we turn off the Dokan plugin. As soon as Dokan is activated again, the site runs into the same error with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
Could it be that this could be a Woocommerce setting? Woocommerce itself runs as it should without any problems as soon as Dokan is deactivated.
We have also already uninstalled Dokan and deleted the entire directory via FTP and then reinstalled it. It also runs into the same error.
After the process of elimination, it could be that something is being written into the database that we haven’t found yet when we looked through it.
It’s really annoying because we actually want to use the Pro plugin and not just the Lite version.
Any other suggestions? We would be very grateful.
Apart from that, during our intensive Google search we also saw that some people would be happy about the solution.
as we are the hoster company ourself and never encountered anything like this before we were reaching out here.
In the first place we thought it was a miss configuration of the Servers. After days of checking this we started with the Plugins at WordPress to investigate there.
As you never encountered something like this (and we found quite a few with exact this Problem on Google, I think it must be.part of maybe a missconfiguration of Woocommerce itself? What do you reckon?
But with this configuration of Woocommerce we have hundred’s of Page on pur Servers. Only the Dokan ones seem to make trouble. But only with the login procedure.
