Remove trait bound RwCacheManager: RoCacheManager.
Remove trait bound RoCache: Sync.
Remove trait bound RwCache: RoCache.
Add trait bound RwCache: Send + Debug.
Remove trait method RwCache::as_ro.
Make most of the methods async.

@Jesse-Bakker can you double check? I'm not sure about the async part.
