How to edit content in the Admin side?

I am a totally newbie to Grav. I can't see any content in the Pages editor, just the assets below.
If I change to Expert, a frontmatter field shows with the content, but it doesn't seem the correct way to edit each page.
Grav v1.6.31
Theme - Woo 1.3.1
