Graph nets seemed to be all the rage 2 years ago. They've been preached and used by DeepMind in domains such as physics simulations ever since.
Given that a ton of the data capture by Kalido can be structured as one huge graph, thought that the idea in this paper is quite interesting and might be useful for use in the future.
