Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

I could not reproduce in my test org

  1. Be org owner
  2. Have 1 team without any projects
  3. Open up stats page
  • Open Team membership: false
  • Early adopter: false

Customer did show me a screenshot:
Image

Expected Result

Even without teams/projects, the Owners should be able to see all projects at all times

Actual Result

See screenshot

Workaround is adding a fake project to the team the Owner is in

This is the expected behavior. If there are no projects in this org, then there's nothing to display on the stats page regardless if a team exists or not. What would you expect to see on the stats page if there are no projects?

Hey @brianthi, let me clarify a bit more.
The customer that reported this has 393 projects in their org. (See linked notion case)
So I'd expect an owner role who is not part of any teams/projects to just see all projects.
Now this person needs to create a team/join a team (with at least 1 project) and get the notifications of that team which is not needed.
If they don't do that they get the screen mentioned in the ticket

Got it, thanks for clarifying. The request makes sense, especially for users with owner or manager roles. I'm adding this to our backlog for future prioritization.
