Bug：2.24.5在TV上无法选中浮动按钮 #284

仪表盘页：“检查我们对位置权限使用情况的解释”浮窗，无法选中、不会自动消失；当浮窗存在时，无法切换至运行开关。
代理页：Proxy节点较多时，无法切换到延迟测试按钮；在Auto选项卡可正常显示节点延迟，但无论直接选择节点还是选择Auto，启动运行后公网IP均仍为实际IP，即未能正常开启VPN。
配置页：无法选择添加配置按钮。
