Add more informative labels for research teams

The page showcasing Teams and their research is essentially a "Who's Who" of the consortium and meant to be helpful within the consortium but maybe even more so externally to other (non-consortium) researchers. There are some information that should be made more obvious:

1. We should add labels on the page describing teams to indicate which ones are "Active" vs "Alumni".
2. It would be helpful to add "Initiated" year to give a sense of what batch/generation the team belongs to (for instance, the first batch of Team Science awards were initiated in 2020; the second batch anticipated to be beginning of 2024). This will more likely help the new teams.
