Add option to email schedule to members

Either as a single mail option on the schedule page, or as an option on the member page to send the email to a selection of people.

Start with just emailing it to the member directly and don't worry about adding additional email addresses.

I think we need this as well. I've had people unable to find their room and I don't want to kill trees and do handout packets.

We have the additional problem that all but the game rooms we provide and the Presidential Suites, many games don't get filled in until Thursday late afternoon and then Friday as people come and get their rooms.

But emailing at least the schedule ahead of time, ideally in a decent printable format would be good.
