Enhance Cleaner by collecting extra information (like logs, events and resources) when an instance is identified

When k8s-cleaner identifies a resource as a match for cleanup, it can currently sends a Slack/Webex/Discord notification.
To provide richer context for incident response and troubleshooting, we propose extending this functionality to include additional resource information within the message.

Potential enhancements:

• Include relevant logs: Gather and attach logs associated with the matched resource to the Slack notification.
• Incorporate event data: Append relevant Kubernetes events related to the resource to the Slack message.
• Provide resource relationships: Indicate related resources (e.g., dependent pods, services) to aid in impact assessment.
