Even when using an interactive bash shell, ~/.bashrc is not sourced and pyenv is not initialized.

Related issue is described here: https://github.community/t/self-hosted-not-using-bashrc/18358, but the solution doesn't fix the issue for us.

Current workaround: add pyenv init to /etc/profile instead

RUN echo 'eval "$(pyenv init -)"' >> /etc/profile
