What's the difference between this and the SingleFile chrome extention

I find that these two tools are almost the same, except that I need to use command and sometimes cookies to download websites, and just a click when I use the SingleFile chrome extention.

So, what's the difference between this and the SingleFile chrome extention? For normal users like me, do I need to switch to this command form to get the best saving, or I can just using the chrome extention?

Indeed, the 2 tools are very similar, as you've described. The main purpose of single-file-cli is to allow you to script page captures or to allow third-party programs to capture pages. If you're already using the extension, I'd advise you to use it to get the best possible results.
