Describe the issue

Uninstall waiting on gathering required information, then it pops up and says GitButler should be closed before continuing the install. My IntelliJ is closed. There is no GitButler process in Task Manager. SO it's stuck in a loop.

Workaround: uninstall after reboot

How to reproduce

Try and uninstall from Windows 10.

Expected behavior

Uninstalls like any app.

This is unexpected as there is no process that should survive the GUI window, so maybe it's some issue with the way the installer determines if the application is running.
