Need Scrolling Feature with Wheel while Dragging a file/commit list inside branch lane

We could auto scroll by dragging & taking the pointer to very tiny area at edge. but how about allowing to scroll with a wheel when draggins is on (is file/commit//hunk being dragged)

On MacOS, scrolling with a mouse-wheel while dragging is what already works, but there is no auto-scrolling as drags to the lower edge.

It seems on Windows this might be different, and even the inverse?

Not tried Mac yet, but in Windows, it does scroll on reaching the edge (though, the area is too thin to trigger the auto-scroll) and manual scroll indeed doesn't work while dragging.

Same issue on Linux (AppImage). This should be high priority given it makes amending anything before the previous four commits impossible
