Thanks a lot for reporting!

I have a feeling that this issue might originate somewhere in tauri as we don't have any unsafe code directly in this codebase.

The provided report might have hints at the cause of it, there are stack-traces for each thread, but nothing popped out to me.

If the issue originates upstream, could you help transfer the issue to the tauri-apps/tauri repository (If you have write permission on both gitbutlerapp/gitbutler and tauri-apps/tauri), or would you prefer I create a new issue there to track it?

Hi @amrbashir, do you think (or have you heard) of segfaults in relation to tauri 2.0? It's very elusive, so I wouldn't want to just kick the can down. Maybe there is a related issue that we could instead link to? Thanks for your help.

Search the issue list on tauri. And this seems to be relevant. But it has been closed last year.

Maybe tauri-apps/tauri#12731 is related
