I trust the planning provided by Copilot Workspace, so I’d like to reduce clicks and automate as much as possible. The experience I’m hoping for is that just by creating an issue, the Copilot Workspace will automatically create a first-round PR. CLI or API are also great as long as I can automate most of manual steps.

It may be planned as future work, but if there are ways to control this via settings or URL parameters with the current implementation, please let me know.

Add a feature to automate the creation of a first-round PR when an issue is created.

* **known-issues.md**
  - Add a new section for "Automated PR Creation" explaining the new feature and how to enable it.
* **settings.md**
  - Add a new setting for "Automate PR Creation" and describe its functionality and potential risks.
* **getting-started.md**
  - Update the "Getting Started" section to include instructions on enabling and using the new feature.
* **README.md**
  - Update the "Overview" section to mention the new feature and provide a brief description and link to the settings section.
