Sprint ideas

The first major step for the sprint is making sure all newcomers to the project can install the development environment and get both Concord and Kybern up and running. We should write instructions that make this easier to do!

I've also got a list of first issues that don't require lots of background for the project.

There's also a fair amount of low hanging fruit in this issue.
