Report changes history

Hello everyone,

I am assessing this tool and I'm missing a changes history for the reports.

I've seen that the audit log keeps track of report accesses and changes, but it needs admin privileges to be queried and it does not provide details about the change (e.g. when a report changes its status, it does not say from which to which status it has transitioned).

Is there any setting for making these logs available? And most important, to show this information to the recipients without admin privileges?
