simpleManager.configHeaderView设置的头部视图是一个左右滚动的scrollview，当scrollview左右滑动时，会发现也可以同时上下滑动，体验很不好，经常滑动快了，就被tableview顶上去了。能不能左右滚动时，禁止上下滑动？或者更好的优化？
