gluon plugin is missing for netbeans 14

Problem description:
Following the documentation does not work with netbeans 14. Plugin is not listed.

Expected:
Plugin should be listed (preferred, of course)
OR
at least documentation should give last version of netbeans where it is relevant.
OR
document a way to manually install the plugin into netbeans by downloading the NBM file.

In my case, it works for netbeans 12.X.

btw, it is still accessible from https://plugins.netbeans.apache.org/catalogue/?id=47 but not visible in the plugins list.
I believe it is because it was not validated to versions over NB12.
