In the header, next to the hamburger menu, there is a home link that has been hidden by the styles. Right over here...

On Free GPM and cannot find anywhere where it's like this. However it might be on a particular page on All Access GPM. Where abouts did you find this example?
Originally there is meant to be a GPM logo there.

Just tested on another desktop and OS, it's when the custom theme is on, no matter the color or light or dark. When you collapse the top right bar, it'll go away. Here are some more examples...

This has the menu expanded out on the left, we can see the logo and all is well (light theme this time)

When you collapse it however, it vanishes away.
