Add a carpet rule to allow moving budding amethyst with pistons

I've updated my world to allow for new 1.17 chunks to generate, however this of course means I need to afk in far away chunks to farm amethyst shards. I heard ilmango suggest once that budding amethyst should be movable with pistons, however still cannot be obtained by silk touch. I think this would be a great feature to allow for more powerful and more organized farms for those who want them, along with being a fun reason to build flying machines to transport these blocks long distances (e.g. moving them to bases in 1.16 chunks).
