New GitLab repository created, this repo should be archived

This new repository effectively 'takes over' this current one. The one on GitLab has been where it was discussed at both GUADEC and LAS that marketing and print assets should be stored going forward in a central location.

Caroline Henriksen will be a big help in keeping the GitLab repo up and running and organized, and I believe @allanday just spoke with her this last week. @jimmac are you ok with moving this over to GitLab? Hopefully there's no issue, just let me know if there is an we can work it out.
